With Facebook's interest in expanding its network in India,The Indian Government is expected to take up issues like eduction,female foeticide,Health and clean Ganga campaign etc for promotion through the social networking site,Facebook.
This must be the main issue to focus when Facebook C.E.O and founder Mark Zuckerberg meets Prime Minister Narendra Modi and IT minister Ravi Shankar Prasad on 10/10/14.The other proposal shall be the promotion of Facebook in other regional languages.Mark Zuckerberg said that Facebook is keen for promotion of e-commerce and Health in India,besides taking up issues related to expanding in education sector and is deeply engaged with the Indian government in expanding Internet to villages.
He also announced that Facebook is creating a $1 million fund to help farmers,migrants and women.
