Nearly 7 million Dropbox username and passwords has been hacking using a third-party app.The hacker posted 400 usernames and passwords on pastebin.The hacker said it will release more account it return of bitcoin donation.
"We will keep releasing more to the public as donations come in,show your support.",said anonymous hacker on pastebin.
"Those usernames and passwords were unfortunately stolen from other services and used in attempts to login to Dropbox accounts.We'd previously detected these attacks and the vast majority of passwords posted have been expired fro sometime now.All other remaining passwords have been expired as well.",said Dropbox spokesman in an email to Reuters.
However this attack is similar as that of Snapchat recent data breach. Dropbox is sending affected users email regarding them to reset their password
